Purpose

This site describes VIBIN's web design and maintenance services and lets you order them online.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice. VIBIN may update it when the service or the law changes.

How you order and how you pay

Ordering costs nothing and needs no card. After the order, VIBIN sends a private link with the first version of the website: this is phase 1, the first look, and it is free. At each phase the client decides: accept the version, ask for a revision, or stop.

Prices (excluding VAT, added at each charge): €690 for «Redesign your site» and €990 for «New website». The client may ask for up to three revisions —phases 2, 3 and 4— and each costs a third of the price, charged when requested; with the third one, the price is paid in full. Accepting a version charges whatever is left up to the fixed price, and accepting at phase 1, without asking for any revision, takes €90 off. Once the three revisions are used, each extra phase costs another third of the price and does not change the fixed price.

If no version convinces the client, nothing further is charged beyond the revisions already requested.

Maintenance and hosting: €49/month or €490/year from publication. It covers hosting, the domain connected, security, backups and up to three content changes a month. No lock-in: it can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. VIBIN does not store card data. Every charge is invoiced.

Ownership of the website and its content

Text, images, logos and data supplied by the client remain theirs; the client warrants they have the right to use them and is responsible for that.

The domain belongs to the client, in their name. While maintenance is active, VIBIN takes care of hosting and keeping the site online.

After twelve months of service, the client may request a full copy of their website as an archive to take anywhere.

Intellectual property of this site

The text, design and code of vibin-studio.com belong to VIBIN. Screenshots of client websites are shown with their permission and belong to their owners.

Liability

VIBIN is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here, nor for service interruptions outside its control (failures of the hosting provider, the domain registrar or the network).

Governing law and disputes

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Girona, Spain, unless the law requires otherwise.
